Last updated: October 9, 2026

gclouds provides hosting infrastructure for customers who trade futures, stocks, foreign exchange and other financial instruments. Please read this disclosure carefully. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Infrastructure only

gclouds provides servers and network connectivity only. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser or financial institution, and we do not execute, route or clear trades, provide market data or manage any account.

2. No investment advice

Nothing on our website, in our communications or in our support constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. References to trading platforms are for compatibility information only.

3. Trading risk

Trading financial instruments, especially leveraged products such as futures, options and forex, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose more than your initial investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. No liability for trading losses, latency or execution

gclouds is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, slippage or other damages, whether caused by server or network downtime, latency, packet loss, hardware failure, software errors, data loss, or delays or failures in order execution by your broker, platform or exchange. Latency figures shown on our website are estimates or live measurements and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for your own risk controls, including backup connectivity and stop-loss measures.

5. No affiliation

gclouds is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Equinix, Inc. or any exchange, broker or trading platform. Data center names such as NY4, LD5 and TY8 identify the facilities where our equipment is hosted; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
