Last updated: October 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how gclouds collects, uses and protects personal information when you use gclouds.io, billing.gclouds.io and our services. gclouds is operated by Jones Jack, a sole proprietor based in California, USA (“gclouds”, “we”, “us”). gclouds is the controller of the personal information described here.

1. Information we collect

We do not inspect the content stored on your servers except where necessary to investigate abuse, comply with law or at your request.

2. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Payment processing by Stripe

Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., which receives your payment details directly. Stripe processes this information under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. gclouds does not receive or store your full card data.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as Stripe, our data center and network providers, and email services), when required by law or valid legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a transfer of the business.

5. Cookies

Our website and client portal use essential cookies needed for login sessions, shopping cart and security. Stripe may set cookies for fraud prevention during checkout. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but the client portal may not work without them.

6. Data retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and afterward as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes (generally up to seven years). Server data is deleted when a service is terminated. Logs are kept for a limited period for security and abuse handling.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request access to and a copy of it; to request deletion; to request correction of inaccurate information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it); to limit use of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You or an authorized agent can submit a request by emailing support@gclouds.io. We will verify your identity before responding.

9. EU and UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

We process personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing services), legal obligation (tax and accounting), and legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and service improvement). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version will always be posted here with its “Last updated” date.
